The celebration of the best in South African television and film, the 2014 South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) have announced the nominees. Aiming to honour, celebrate and promote the creativity within the South African Film and Television industry, the SAFTAs nominees were announced at a star-studded ceremony in Sandton. 2014 was a record year for the SAFTAs in terms of entries – a total of 432 entries were received.
Winners will be announced on the 4th of April.
