Founded in 1999, Amaloba Horticultural Services (Pty) Ltd is a customised ornamental gardening services provider that was established as a bona fide Black Empowerment Business owned by Godfrey Masegela and Esrom Chokoe and is therefore a 100% black owned.
The company has been rated a BBBEE level one status and the provision is to embrace supplementary black empowered individuals, including women as the company grows. Future plans also include an employee trust to contain low-income employees in equity participation in the company.
In the beginning Amaloba operated only in Gauteng but grew to open other branches in Cape Town and Limpopo and expanded to other countries such as Botswana and Mozambique.
Amaloba Horticultural Services head office is located in Laezonia, west of Centurion and it currently employs 295 workers with 171 females & 124 Males. Amaloba has constantly attributed to the value of lifetime customers. The organisation continues to seek ways to surpass customer expectations by continually improving its service to meet and go beyond expectations.
