First National Bank has broadened its services not only in South Africa but has further widened in South African countries. The bank capitalized on the increase to the number of Zimbabweans who are living in South Africa; the bank saw a niche in this development considering that Zimbabweans at the end of the day would send money back home to their families and friends.
As such, FNB launched the Zimbabwe money transfer, a service which enables FNB customers living in South Africa to send money to someone in Zimbabwe who has a valid ID. The financial made this collaboration with OK limited thus sent money can be collected at any OK outlet in Zimbabwe. Worth noting is that the recipient collects money in rands.
