The idea on this diet is to strategically combine certain meals and exercises to lose a lot of fat. This diet uses 5 day cycles that you are supposed to repeat 5 times. On the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet you focus on building and maintaining your muscle and metabolism while burning the fat.
What makes crash diets quite popular is that they usually have fast results. The negative side to these diets are the effects on your body. It’s important to remember that they often limit your calorie intake significantly while potentially having a bad effect on your metabolism.
